The consultancy was started and is owned by Chris Kistan.

Chris began his teacher career, travelling the world, gaining knowledge and expertise that proved to be priceless when he eventually settled in London, working in positions ranging from class teacher to deputy Headteacher. He opened his consultancy company in 2007, developing models for community-based initiatives that improve a community’s capacity to build and mobilise its social capital. His most successful project was the development of a school-based family support model that radically improved the life chances of members of the community; embedding a legacy of support and healthy relationships with the community, in the school. From 2008 to 2010, Chris worked with an inner-city London borough, advising them on the dynamic and ubiquitous area of Extended Services in Schools.

In 2011, Chris led the evolution of a consortium of school leaders into The East Hackney Schools Partnership www.ehsp.co.uk . Chris enjoys being able to maintain a close professional relationship with clients, ensuring that the quality of delivery remains high and to the standards that he stands by.

Chris’ life motto – Do not have just one motto!
